The terms of using improvd

Last changed on October 1, 2026.

These are the rules between you and me when you use improvd. I kept them short and in plain words. Please read them before you pay. For anything on this page, write to me at eusebiu@improvd.life.

In short

  • improvd reads your Search Console and your pages, and tells you what to fix, what to leave alone and what to write next. It never changes your site.
  • You can cancel at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the time you paid for.
  • Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of a payment and I refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.
  • improvd gives advice. It cannot promise more clicks or a better position on Google.

Who sells to you

I make improvd and I run it. My details are at the top of this page.

You pay through my payment provider and seller of record, currently Lemon Squeezy. It resells improvd: it sells the plan to you in its own name, takes the payment, adds the tax that applies, and sends your receipts and invoices. Its own buyer terms cover the payment itself.

These Terms cover everything else: how you use improvd, between you and me.

These Terms are written in English. The other languages are translations. If a translation says something different, the English words apply, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

What improvd does

improvd reads the numbers Google Search Console has about your site, only with the permission you give. It also reads your public pages, the way a search engine does.

From these it tells you which pages to fix, which to leave alone and which pages to write, and it writes instructions you can give to a coding agent, and drafts.

improvd only reads. It never changes your site and never changes anything in your Google account. You decide what to change, and you make the change.

You can take the Google permission away at any time, under Settings or in your Google account.

Your account

You must be 16 or older to use improvd.

Use your own email address and keep it working: sign-in links go there.

Keep your email, your passkeys and your tokens safe. Anything done with them counts as done by you. If you think someone else got in, write to me at once.

One account is for one person. You may use improvd for your own sites, for your business, or for clients whose sites you manage.

The sites you add

Add only sites you own, or sites whose owner has allowed you to. When you connect Google, improvd reads a site only when Google says you own it or fully control it.

By adding a site, you allow improvd to read its public pages and its Search Console numbers for as long as the site is in improvd. improvd obeys the site’s robots file.

Plans and prices

There is a free plan and paid plans. The pricing page shows each plan, what it gives and its price today.

Prices are in US dollars, monthly or yearly. Tax is added where the law asks for it, and the checkout shows the full amount before you pay.

Sometimes a plan is offered for less for a while. The pricing page says how much and until when.

I may change the prices or what a plan gives. A new price never applies to time you already paid for. If a change costs you more or gives you less, I tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.

Renewal and cancelling

A paid plan renews by itself at the end of each month or year, until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time under Settings. Your plan keeps working to the end of the time you paid for, and then your account goes back to the free plan.

If a payment does not go through, your plan keeps working for 14 days while the payment is tried again. Under Settings you can change the card.

When a plan ends, or you move to a smaller one, the sites above what the new plan allows are paused. Nothing is deleted. Pay again and they come back.

Deleting your account cancels your plan first.

Your money back

My promise: if you ask within 14 days of a payment, I refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to stop using improvd first. This is for everyone, wherever you live.

To ask, write to me at the address at the top of this page, from the email address of your account.

I make the refund within 14 days of your message, usually much sooner. It goes back to the way you paid, through the seller of record. Your bank may take up to 10 more days to show it.

A refund of the payment for your plan ends that plan, and your account goes back to the free plan. Your sites stay, and nothing is deleted.

After the 14 days, a payment is not refunded for the time left, unless the law where you live gives you more.

Before you ask your bank to take a payment back, please write to me. It is quicker for you.

Nothing here takes away the rights the law gives you as a consumer, including the right to withdraw within 14 days.

Advice, not a promise

improvd’s advice comes from the numbers Google gives and from rules, and some of its text is written by AI. It can be wrong. Please read it and check it before you change your site.

You decide what to change on your site, and you are responsible for the changes you or your coding agent make. Keep a copy of your site before a big change.

Search results depend on Google and on many things nobody controls. improvd cannot promise more clicks, more traffic, a better position or more sales.

What improvd writes for you is yours to use as you like. Please read a draft before you publish it.

The API and your coding agent

If your plan includes the API, you can make a token so a program or a coding agent can read your sites and your fixes.

A token is personal, like a key. Keep it secret. What a program does with your token counts as done by you. You can delete a token at any time under Settings.

Use the API at a normal pace. If a program asks far too often, improvd slows it down.

What you must not do

Do not use improvd for anything against the law.

Do not add sites that are not yours to manage, and do not try to read data that is not yours.

Do not try to break into improvd, slow it down, or get past the limits of your plan.

Do not copy improvd, resell it, or share one account between people.

Do not use what improvd writes to make spam, or pages that try to trick people or search engines.

If you do one of these, I may pause or close your account. I tell you why first, unless that would let harm continue.

Your data

Your data stays yours. The privacy page says what improvd keeps, why, for how long, and who else sees it.

You can delete your account at any time under Settings, and everything read for your sites goes with it.

Other companies

improvd uses other companies’ data and services: Google Search Console, OpenAI, DataForSEO, Ahrefs, Moz, Open PageRank, Resend and the seller of record. Their numbers, such as how many people search for something, are estimates.

Domain Rating by Ahrefs.

When one of them stops working for a while, a part of improvd may wait until it is back.

When improvd changes

I keep improving improvd, so screens and features change.

If a change makes improvd clearly worse for you, I tell you by email first. You can then end your plan within 30 days and get back the part you paid for and did not use.

If I ever have to close improvd, I tell you at least 30 days before, refund the money for the time you paid for and will not use, and you can download your fixes before it closes.

What I am responsible for

I work to keep improvd running and correct, but I cannot promise that it never stops or never makes a mistake.

I am not responsible for lost traffic, lost sales or lost positions on Google, or for changes made to your site, as far as the law allows.

If I am responsible for a loss, the most I pay is what you paid me in the 12 months before it, as far as the law allows.

None of this limits what the law does not allow to be limited, such as harm I cause on purpose or by gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

Which law applies

These Terms follow Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection the law of your own country gives you.

If something goes wrong, please write to me first. Most things are settled in one email.

If we cannot agree, the courts of Romania decide. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also go to the courts where you live.

If you are a consumer, you can also ask Romania’s consumer authority, ANPC (anpc.ro), to help settle it out of court.

When these Terms change

The date at the top says when these Terms last changed.

If a change matters for you, I tell everyone with an account by email at least 30 days before it applies. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then, and the 14-day promise still covers a payment you just made.

If one part of these Terms cannot apply, the rest still does.
